Church Organization

The chart on the side illustrates the organizational structure of the church. The Pastors along with the Board of Directors, and the Board of Elders constitutes the decision-making body of the church.

The role of the Pastors the Board of Directors, and the Board of Elders is to enable and equip the congregation for the work of the ministry.

The congregation is the key body through which the church ministry will be conducted. The ministry effort is directed thru the various Ministry Teams.  Each Ministry Team is headed by an Ordained Minister who has responsibility for the oversight of his/her respective team.
